Yes, beautifully. Wafer paper is more stable than most people think. You can place decorations directly onto crusting buttercream or protect the back with a thin layer of cocoa butter or chocolate. The only frosting to avoid is cream cheese — its acidity melts wafer paper.

Yes. Wafer paper can be refrigerated successfully. Once decorations are fully dry, they hold up in the fridge and even in high humidity (up to 90%). If you’ve conditioned with AC Tonic, simply use less glycerin so petals stay firm.

Well in advance! When properly dried and stored in a cool, dry place, wafer paper flowers can last months — even up to 2–3 years. Most bakers make them days or weeks before their cake project.

Purchased the templates and courses and could not be happier! In a short time I went from what to do with wafer paper to having the satisfaction of making my own flowers! The explanations are clear but thorough and it’s undeniable that the course gives me the confidence to be able to slowly but surely make more complex creations. Thank you Anna..I am so happy and grateful! 🪷

I have only just purchased and tried two flower types so far. This is a fabulous book and Anna’s step by step instructions are so clear and easy to follow. You can stop and start the video to work at your own pace unlike in class lessons. There are so many templates and methods to try. Like anything it takes practice but my first result wasn’t too bad! Remember – the image is only the very first flower it can only get better from here.
