In this video, I’m showing you behind the scenes of creating a wafer paper flower wall for the American Cake Decorating Magazine Booth at SoFlo Cake and Candy Expo Miami 2022.

It’s been 2 years since we’ve had a cake show! And I’m so honored and excited to be invited to the installation team and have the freedom to create any showpiece I want for the expo booth.

For my arrangement I’m making wafer paper monster leaves, wafer paper tropical palm leaves, wafer paper orchids and wafer paper edible flowers that look like peonies.
